AstronLab is a software engineering team working on products, SaaS platforms and the automation that keeps businesses running. We work as an external engineering partner: you bring the problem and the domain knowledge, we bring the building.
Our work sits across product engineering, SaaS platform development, systems integration and the cloud infrastructure that holds them together. That range matters because most real projects touch all four. A SaaS product needs a product, a platform, integrations with what already exists, and somewhere to run.
We deliberately work on a small number of engagements at a time. It keeps attention on your project rather than across a portfolio, and it lets us tell you when we are the wrong fit.

A working slice in your hands exposes problems that a specification cannot. We would rather correct course in week two than in month four.
Build for the next maintainer
Code is read far more often than it is written. Clear structure, honest documentation and no clever cleverness beat a marginally faster clever version.
Leave things working
A project is not finished when the demo works. It is finished when it is monitored, documented and operable without us.
